The best gel for curly hair I’ve ever found!!

"I never write reviews - ever! But when I found out this gel was being discontinued I had to. Literally no other gel works for my fine, high porosity hair. I don’t know if it’s the rice protein, but the magic elixir of this gel provides the absolute perfect amount of hold and after your hair is dry and you scrunch the cast, hair is soft and touchable while retaining curl families for days! "I’ve recently switched to Curlsmith products and what a difference! In general, they are light, yet allow my curls to unfurl. My hair is wavy and fine. The Shape Up Aqua Gel is weightless; it’s perfect for a between washing (Essential Moisture Cleanser and Conditioner followed by Hydro Style Flexi Jelly) refresh. Gels from other curly girl brands have left my hair looking plastic (vs. silky) and, a day later, frizzy (vs. styled). I’m grateful to Curlsmith for coming up with a routine that is easy (just scrunch and go) as well as curl -enhancing."

"This is my favorite gel…unfortunately curlsmith isn’t making it in the regular size anymore so I’ll have to find something new. I love it because it’s not sticky or heavy. Can shape up aqua gel be applied to wet hair; then later to dry hair during the day to control frizz?

If I’m applying this and the weightless air dry leave in cream, do I apply them together (like mixed together in my hand and applied at the same time) or first apply the air dry cream, and then apply this gel?
