Work the product through the hair in sections using the "raking method" for an even distribution.

"I was sceptical about using a mousse, not sure why. . . . . . . but wow!!!! The volume and definition I get with this is amazing! I do then seal my curls with the in-shower styler, but the volume is definitely coming from the mousse! Love it! It doesn't weigh my hair down or feel 'producty'!!!"
"This Invincible Volume Mousse is amazing! It even gives me some nice volume whenever I air-dry instead of diffusing my curls! It took a little trial & error experimentation to figure out exactly how much of this mousse would need to be applied to my clean wet hair on wash day in order to achieve the best results, and it turns out that less is more of this mousse for my high porosity curls! It's best to apply small amounts of this mousse to my wet curls in sections instead of trying to work a big glob of this through all of my wet curls at once! If I apply too much, it can be difficult to evenly distribute this mousse throughout all of my wet hair! The trial & error experimentation has been totally worth it, because this mousse has become one of my new holy grail stylers! For extra hold, I still prefer to layer a gel over top!"
"Woah. Hormonal hair loss was actually defeated for once. I’ve tried it both on damp and dripping wet hair. For an extended hold, I recommend the in shower technique. It last for three days with minimal products in the morning."

"The previous version was my holy grail! It was lightweight, yet gave amazing volume without weighing my hair down. Unfortunately, the new formula feels much greasier and leaves a noticeable oily film, which is too heavy for fine hair. Please consider this feedback - most of your products contain too many heavy ingredients, and not all hair types respond well to them. Despite this, I'm still giving it 3 stars because the volume it provides is truly impressive. I haven't found another product on the market that delivers this level of fullness and lift."
