I was using it on morning and I realized that it was retaining water and had and odor, than I saw the crack on the side. So, I had to get a second on. I love using it to massage my scalp. "I've been having trouble with patches of dry skin (occasionally itchy) on my scalp for years, and it never occurred to me that a scalp massager would help.
